Going to work -slipcover for my laptop

Jeg har laget et slipcover til laptopen min. Stitcheriet er en herlig tegning fra Presious Moments, og jeg har brukt 2 tråder dmc garn i forskjellige farger og fargelagt med kritt. Motivet er perfect til laptopen, den er arbeidsverktøyet mitt sammen med tegnebrettet og symaskinen. Mønstret har jeg designet selv, og tok mål før jeg startet, litt forandring underveis, og nå passer det perfekt. Jeg har også brukt opp igjen et stoff fra 1970-tallet, det er stoffet med vannmeloner og turkise blomster.


I have stitched this beautiful drawing from Presious Moments with dmc in different colors and colored it with chalk. I needed a new slipcover for my laptop and this motif was perfect. The cute little boy and girl off to work carrying their books and little lunchbox. The laptop and my drawingboard together with my sewingmaschine, is my worktools. I have made the pattern of the slipcover myself, I just measured my laptop, and started to sew, it fits perfectly. I have even reused some fabric, the fabric with the watermelon and turquoise flowers is from the 1970.
